Silicone Sponge is not considered as hazardous waste and can be disposed of in accordance with the local regulations regarding waste disposal.

What are the max/min inside and outside diameters of the tubes that you can supply?2018-09-26T10:41:49+00:00

We can supply tubes and extrusions at an inside diameter from 2mm to 75mm and outside diameter from 4mm to 100mm. Please refer to our datasheets for more comprehensive information.

Our production line is set up to typically despatch products from order within Approx. 10-15 working days. We also have an ‘Express Line’ available for those urgent orders that just can’t wait.

Most silicone sponge can withstand the extremes of temperatures and is suitable for applications within a temperature range of -50°C to +250°C. Our specialist HighTemp grade is suitable to +280°C

Please ask for our PremSil FireSafe product that is tested and accredited to UL94-V0 standard.

We provide a range of standard colours and can offer colour matching based on your RAL reference. We can therefore colour match practically any colour.

Yes. Silicone is not affected by sustained submersion in either fresh or salt water.

Silicone is not considered to be toxic. Silicone is considered to be very safe with virtually no toxic effects in most environments. Our Silicone sponge does not contain prohibited or declarable substances as identified under the ROHS Declaration Directive (Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances).
